The price of all the packages in this web is according to the current MYR currency. As the MYR currency rate changes against the US Dollar (USD) and Saudi Riyal (SAR) or other related currencies, the price of the Go Umrah package may change according to the current rate of MYR compared to the foreign currency valuation. Go Umrah reserves the right to change any package price after giving notice not less than 7 days before the flight date.

  • Economy class, Business class & First class airfare.
  • Airport tax and fuel surcharge.
  • Manage Umrah Visa application for Malaysians and Permanent Residents subject to the approval of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but does not include the process of endorsing documentation of applications at the document registration department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Wisma Putra.
  • Accommodation, meals and drinks as will be stated in the last confirmation letter of the program.
  • All visits in the program confirmation letter (except the Pilgrimage Options)
  • Takaful plan for death and group accidents (Refer to Takaful / Insurance Coverage)
  • Subject to Saudi authorities, every congregation (except the baby) will receive 5 liters of free zam-zam water. However, GoUmrah cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to zam-zam for any reason during the journey from the Holy Land to Malaysia
Exclude:
  • Additional porter services at the airport and at the hotel.
  • Replacement of lost luggage / personal items at any location along the way
    (Notice: Pilgrims should take care of each other’s bags while traveling)
  • Excess baggage charges.
  • Any change in foreign currency rates and flight ticket prices, airport tax and / or fuel surcharge.
  • Additional visa charges for non-Malaysian pilgrims.
  • Eating drinks during transit unless stated
  • Additional visa fee of SAR2000.00 if charged by Government of Saudi Arabia.

  • Pictures for Umrah Visa 4 pieces 4 x 6cm. white background and 80% face size (Male: Unconditioned / Women: Hijab)
  • Book / Letter of injection of meningitis ACYW135.

Note: All these documents must be submitted to the GoUmrah office 21 days before the flight day. (For Ramadhan month package 21 days before 1 Ramadhan)

Ensure that a copy of the Certificate of Marriage is certified by:
  • Religious Office (Family Law / Marriage Divorce, Divorce and Consultation / Syariah Law Division) and
  • Wisma Putra (Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Step Father ·        Copy of step-daughter’s Birth Certificate·        Copy of divorce certificate of birth mother and father certified by Pejabat Agama and Wisma Putra. If your biological father has passed away, include a certificate of death of the father certified by JPN and Wisma Putra.·        Copy of marriage certificate and stepmother certified by Pejabat Agama and Wisma Putra Offices.·        The letter of consent from the biological father must be confirmed by the commissioner of oath and Wisma Putra and attach a copy of the father’s identity card. ·        Ensure that the documents have been certified by the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) and Wisma Putra·        Ensure that the copy of the Certificate of Birth is clear to avoid any doubt by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia.·        Letter of oath to show child and father relationship not accepted by Embassy of Saudi Arabia.

8 Adopted Child

*the foster mother needs to participate.

Foster Father (Only) §  Copy of Certificate of Adoption (JPN) §  Ensure that the document has been verified by JPN and Wisma Putra.§  Ensure that the copy of the Certificate is clear to avoid any doubt by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia.§  Letter of oath to show the relationship of adopted child and adopted parent is not accepted by the Saudi Embassy.

  • Women under 46 and Men below 18 years MUST go with the mahram (a men) aged 19 years and over.
  • Male / female pilgrims under 18, to be accompanied by their parent.
  • 3 45-year-old women cannot apply for WOMEN GROUP visa. Women Group can only be for pilgrims aged 46 and above.
  • The 6-month rule for umrah is enforced since 21 January 2015
  • Consent letter – Only be given by biological father only. (biological parents, biological parents, biological brothers and biological parents)

* Pilgrim who is going with their siblings / grandparents / siblings / stepfathers:

  • Please download Letter of Consent form to fill.
  • Letter of Consent from a father / husband to a surrogate mahram with a siblings / Grandparent / Foster Father have to be sworn by his own signature guardian before the commissioner of oath.
  • Include a copy of guardian identification card.

Immigration Control Status Review
This website is for the convenience of Malaysian citizens who wish to check status to obtain Immigration facilities for travel and travel document travel abroad.

The cancellation application is subject to 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 The Fourth Schedule of the Tourism Industry Act 1992 is as follows:

Item 3.2.1:
A cancellation of 45 days or more before the departure date, a minimum administration fee of RM 30.00 or 2% of the tourist fare (whichever is higher) will be charged.
